The Start 
24 x 30 inches Hand piece and hand quilted At the beginning of a sailboat race, all the boats jockey for position at the starting line, which looks like total bedlam when viewed from the shore. My husband is an avid sailor and after a race, he invariably asks me, “Did you see the start?” and then launches into an elaborate description of every move he made. This quilt was made for him on the occasion of our 25th wedding anniversary. |
